How do I return an item?

Our Returns Policy


Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned unmarked and in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order that is visibly damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement immediately.

Items Received In Error

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us at 1-800-231-8063 within 72 hours of delivery.

How to Return a Product

Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-231-8063 for any questions regarding the Returns Policy (no authorization needed).
Please provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem.
